A 28-year-old Marmora man has been charged with impaired driving, among other things, after the vehicle he was driving rolled over on Highway 115 near Airport Road early Saturday morning.
Police say the vehicle was westbound around 1:30 when it lost control and rolled onto its roof in the centre grass median.
After being treated by paramedics Tyler Skelton, 28, Marmora, was arrested and charged with:
- Impaired Driving
- Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
- G1 driver unaccompanied by a qualified driver
- Novice driver with Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) above zero
He is scheduled in court October 27.
