Peterborough police say an iPhone app helped them track down two alleged thieves.

According to police, two people broke into a Romaine Street home in Peterborough and took an iPhone, a tablet and some jewelry. The victim located her phone through the “Find my iPhone” app. Arrests were made at a Paterson Street house.

Police say an investigation also linked the suspects to two other break-ins, including a car on Reid Street.
