When Danielle French left Toronto for a country property in Bethany Hills, she took her love of cooking and gardening with her. While “South Pond Farms” started with basic meals-to-go, based on garden ingredients, it has in a relatively short time become a popular “wedding in the country” setting, host of workshops, special meals, and signature food celebrations. South Pond Farm’s new Chef Kevin McKenna has already been working on signature menus for 2017 . . . and, Danielle’s four daughters have also found their own way to contribute to the life & business on “the farm”.
