An arrest has been made in connection to an early morning armed robbery at a gas station in Cobourg in mid-January.
Police determined he was at the station an hour earlier buying items and he was identified.
On Tuesday Waterloo police arrested the suspect who was turned over to Cobourg police. It was determined the gun was an imitation weapon.
Dylan Scremin, 23, of Kitchener, faces 20 charges related to the robbery including disguise with intent, carrying a concealed weapon, using an imitation firearm for intent to rob and 10 counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was held in custody and was scheduled for a bail hearing on Wednesday (July 12).
