Another election-style  swing through the area by a provincial cabinet minister Tuesday.  Energy minister Brad Duguid and MPPJeff Leal dropped into Sunrise Power Corporation in Cavan Monaghan to tout the provinces Clean Energy Act. As Steve Guthrie reports, the local company says it  has benefited greatly from the plan.
