   If this gentlemen has a problem with every candidate from any party, then maybe he should put his money where his mouth is and run for office himself. Otherwise, this protest is nothing more than public whining and moaning. We don't need more complainers, we need more people who will do something about the problems they claim exist.
   
   As for his idea to "decline" a ballot, technically, he's right. But too many election workers will not know what to do when someone requests to decline a ballot. Instead, someone who wishes to vote for "none of them" should request a ballot like anyone else, and put it in the ballot box without any markings. Those ballots are called "rejected" and are counted and the number publicized.
