Rash of snowmobile collisions

Bancroft OPP responded to a rash of snowmobile collisions Friday and Saturday.  On Friday police investigated a collision involving a snow machine and a pickup truck.  56 year old Allen Haye of Ancaster Township was transported to hospital with major injuries.

Also on Friday police were dispatched to a snowmobile collision on Foster Lake Road in Carlow-Mayo Township.  The driver was transported to Kingston hospital with major injuries.  

The same day, the driver of another snowmobile escaped injury when he struck a deer. 

Then on Saturday, Bancroft OPP responded to a collision on private property in Faraday Township.  A 19 year old Georgetown woman was taken to Quinte Healthcare North Hastings by ambulance with major injuries.
