A warsaw man says he's scared and angry after discovering someone hid a tracking device on his truck. He made the strange discovery while doing a routine inspection. Even though he brought the device and his concerns to police there are still no answers. The CBC's Kathy Tomlinson reports on tracking the tracking device.
