On the outskirts of Warkworth, Anna Young is living her dream. She is going the extra mile to care for german shepherd dogs - who, without her, would likely be euthanized.
At the home of Toronto German Shepherd Dog Rescue, Anna Young offers misunderstood, rejected, or no longer wanted german shepherds a home. She says it gives them a chance to heal and become happy again. Anna says that through inappropriate care or no care at all, many of these dogs have become emotionally scarred, and now, just require time.
