In a blender puree:
10 1/2 oz package of silken tofu rinsed and drained
1/4 cup honey or sweetner
1/4 cup unsweetned cocoa
1 tbsp concentrated orange juice or liqueur
1/3 cup water
Garnish with mint over angel food cake and fresh strawberries..
