James Fund Classic supports sibling research

Golfers were teeing off for a good cause Modnay at Kawartha Golf and Country Club.
It was the 10th annual Nexicom James Fund Classic.

Money raised at the event supports a new research project at UBC.
Researchers will look at how the death of a sibling to a childhood cancer affects family members.
To date, the James Fund has around $6.5-million.
Couple that with $8-million in matched funds, nearly $15-million has gone towards Neuroblastoma research and support related to the James Fund.
