Impaired driver crashes into parked car; couple charged with shopping fraud

A 69-year-old Peterborough woman has been charged following a Tuesday night single vehicle collision.

While speaking with the driver of the vehicle, officers detected an odour of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver’s breath.
