No Hot Pets campaign held at Lansdowne Place

The Peterborough Humane Society and the OSPCA have partnered with Peterborough Police and OPP for the second time this year to bring awareness to an important issue. It’s called the No Hot Pets campaign. If you ever see a dog locked in a car, police say it’s better to be safe than sorry. You can call the Humane Society, the OSPCA, Police, or OPP.

Police say they’re receiving more calls than ever on the issue, which means more people are aware of it.
