The Peterborough Petes continue to beef up their blue line.
On Monday, they signed two defencemen to standard player agreements.
Adrien Beraldo, a 2000-born defender from Stoney Creek, was the Petes’ 5th round pick in 2016.
He scored 3 goals, 17 assists for 20 points and 53 penalty minutes in 43 games with the Ancaster Avalanche of the GOJHL last season.
He was also selected to participate in the GOJHL Top Prospects Game.
Cameron Supryka, a 2001-born defenceman from Belleville, was a Petes’ 3rd round pick this past season.
He played 36 games with the Minor Midget AAA Quinte Red Devils in 2016-17, tallying 5 goals, 23 assists for 28 points and 34 penalty minutes.
Sypryka also won silver with Team OMHA Black in the 2017 OHL Gold Cup.
